• Ordered goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase •

• Items cannot show signs of wear •

• The entire amount of the order is refundable, i.e. the price of the items and the costs of shipping the order to the customer •

• Customer-personalized items cannot be returned •


• To return the goods, please download the return form, fill it out legibly and attach it to the shipment along with the receipt or its copy •

• Send the goods with the note “RETURN” to the following address: Jauernicker Str. 58, 02826 Görlitz, Germany •

• We will refund the money to the account indicated in the form within a maximum of 5 business days from the date we receive the shipment •

• The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer •


• To complain about ordered goods due to defects, please contact us by e-mail at:, providing the order number, briefly describing the situation and attaching photos showing the damage •

• If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product at our expense •

• If it is necessary to return the complained goods, the procedure is identical to the return described in point 1. •

• If an exchange is not possible as part of a complaint, e.g. due to the lack of size or design, we will refund the money to the account indicated by you •


• In our store, an exchange involves returning the goods, as described in point 1, and placing a new, separate order •

• If you ordered a product and it turned out to be, for example, too small and you are interested in ordering a larger size, use the return procedure and order the larger product in a separate order – it is not possible to exchange the goods within one transaction •

• When ordering a new product, a separate payment must be made •
